I have just read that cookies are not dangerous and a computer expert said if you remove/block them they stop you from getting into to sites; if you just do a quick clean up at the end of the p.c day then you should be fine-I'm confused

As with most of these spyware programs it does not remove the core problem but only the tracking cookie.

Cookies arent dangerous, all they store is temporary information. I dont understand why people get bent out of shape. Its totally to your benefit and can easily be removed.
cookies = simple txt files
