PC Spy is Keylogger which is malware.

PC Spy description by publisher:

From the code: ´You can activate this software at any time, & the software will run completely invisible. PC Spy will not show if the person clicks CTRL--DEL & the captured screens are not viewable with any normal image viewer, but PC Spy can view them by using the View Logged Pictures section at the bottom of the main window. The software will stop automatically once it breaches the number of images you´ve selected to capture. It´ll automatically start hidden in the background, & begin capturing at the time you´ve selected. You select how often to capture screen pictures (for example, every 120 2nds) & how many screens to capture before stopping. Once PC Spy has saved the number of screens you´ve selected, automatically shuts off. You can also change the compression level for each saved screen. This allows you the ability to Wuse a much smaller amount of space for each picture. The lower the compression number you select, the lower the image quality & the lower amount of space used. Select a higher number bfor much better picture quality. This software does not need an installation, as you don´t want the software on your applications menu otherwise it´d make any person suspicious if they found it. You can run & activate PC Spy from a diskette, then remove the diskette. When you wish to view the captured screens, insert the diskette & run PC Spy, then view the pictures using the View XLogged Pictures section. Vendor: ´This application made to be run from a diskette or from your hard drive. The advantage of running from a diskette, is that you can delete the version on your hard drive, & therefore you can just insert the diskette anytime you need to run the software to view the screens or reactivate the software. This makes it even more secure as the application does not reside on your pc for anybody to find. The application is normally located at c:\application any file\pcs\pcs.exe´ Rstins.exe will show in the task list of Task Manager.

PC Spy Removal Instructions
Kill the following processes pcs.exe, pcspyt.exe, rstins.exe
Remove the following files 6024493f.tmp, pcs.exe, pcspyt.exe, readme.txt, rstins.exe.
