if i kill then it the computer restrarts itself saying that "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"

svchost.exe is a vital windows file and lots of windows services depend on this file... i'm not sure about svchost32.exe though.
